Try Everything

I can't believe that it's been a month since Shine started in Orlando, FL. A lot has happened in this month, and I feel so blessed to have met so many wonderful actors, dancers, and singers. Having them come into my life, has given me such encouragement to pursue my dream. I love the song by Shakira called, "Try Everything", simply because that is really the kind of person I am. The chorus goes, "I won't give up, no I won't give in, till I reach the end and then I'll start again. I won't leave, I want to try everything, I wanna try even though I could fail." I have always loved a challenge in my life, and even when I fail it's okay because in life it is the journey that counts, and guess what I already know my final destination... to live ever after with the Lord Jesus. Thus, all I can do is enjoy this journey He has placed me on and live each day to the fullest, and yes try everything and never give up. Perseverance I believe is a lost art, and many people give up on their dreams long before they are really ready to receive that dream. Look at me, I've been playing piano since the age of 6, and acting since even before then, I have to photo's to prove it! It's taken over 30 years for me to get on a stage in front of agents. I am a patient person, and believe that everything will come to pass in the Lord's time, not my time, and that I am exactly where He wants me to be today. So take courage, you don't know what surprises He has in store for you next.
