where to skipper

Have you ever been asked that awkward ice breaker question of, what would you do if you had a million dollars? Or the one that is, what would you do if you only had say a month to live? These kind of questions, force us to evaluate our priorities. What are your dreams? Where do you want to go? What are you going to do the rest of your life?

I love a challenge. Whenever someone tells me... you can't do that because [insert random reason, mostly having to do with me being a female, age, or body type, ....] I laugh in their face and then set out to prove them wrong. That's how I ended up having a Masters in Engineering, a PhD in Physiology, and teaching Biomedical Engineering Students. All because people said, it could not be done. You can't be a scientist and an engineer at the same time. Well, guess what... you can.

Anyway... Having reevaluated my passions and dreams, I've narrowed my life goals down to the following itmes.

1. Taking care of my family.

2. Taking care of my health and weighing 120 lbs with 15% body fat.

3. Becoming a world renowned published author.

4. Being an entertainment mogul in Atlanta, Georgia.

5. Creating an endowment for and running a private boarding school for orphans.

Now, many of you are looking at this list, and thinking... she's insane. She's never going to be able to do that. No one has ever been able to do that. She may as well quit. Well, yes, you're right. No one has ever done all of those things, until now. Is this a challenge? You better believe it. Is it one I will fight for? Most definitely.

You want to see history? Then keep reading these posts and emails.

You want to make history? Let's talk.

Next time... family first.
